Stocking Report

Complete the online stocking report form below for all fish stocked in the given year, this submission will only go to the CHP as part of your community hatchery year-end reporting requirements to the CHP for annual funding reimbursement.

In addition, you must still send a copy of the stocking report(s) to the Ministry of Natural Resources within the time specified on the licence requiring its completion. You will be emailed a copy of your submission to the CHP. Please make sure to forward it along to your MNR stocking licence representative to remain compliant with the licencing terms.

Please note that the form below must be completed by the licensee at the time and location of stocking. Please contact the CHP Coordinator if you have questions about your submission or have problems reaching your MNR stocking representative.
